Meeting the requirements for a quick turnaround at Hotel Arts Barcelona

Summit at the Hotel Arts Barcelona

Hotel Arts Barcelona, a Ritz-Carlton property, is the right venue for large conferences and industry events. Overall, the hotel offers more than 4,800 square metres of event space. Arts 41 on the 40th and 41st floors provides flexible space for meetings and conferences that have sweeping views across the city or sea. The combined rooms have a capacity for over 4,700 delegates and feature state of the art video conference technology.

The hotel recently invested in 300 Conference-Rite tables in a custom black finish to match their décor. The tables are lightweight, just 10,6 Kgs for the 180cm x 45cm table, reducing the number of staff required to set up rooms and the amount of damage to tables caused by using external contractors to supplement staff. In comparison to prior to purchase, the events staff are able to set up a room more quickly as the tables are easy to unfold and the legs self-lock. The outcome is an overall improvement in efficiency.

Conference-Rite has an aluminium frame that is 100% recyclable and can be made in a frame colour and laminate finish to suit your conference venue. The tables are made in a range of standard sizes for the majority of meetings, conferences and conventions but can be custom made to a particular size, if required. There are two leg styles available; hotels tend to prefer the T-leg configuration for conferencing as it allows more space for legroom for delegates when seated at a table.
