Novotel London West take the green initiative for conventions & conferences

Novotel London West in Hammersmith has one of the largest convention and event spaces of any London hotel. The 33 conference, meeting and event spaces range over 4 floors with underground private parking for 240 cars. Novotel London West can host up to 1000 delegates in 1726 square metres of flexible space that can be divided up as required.

Flexible rooms require flexible furniture that can be set up rapidly and broken down or reconfigured just as quickly between events.

Initially Novotel London West took delivery of seventy Buffet-Rite table tops which convert standard trestle tables into buffet tables with hard wearing, wipe clean surfaces. The table tops and black stretch table covers were made to order to fit existing table stocks of various sizes. Within a couple of years, Novotel London West ordered more Buffet-Rite table tops to increase their capacity and once again, these were produced to their exact specification.

Michael Sloan, General Manager at Novotel London West believes that hotels today want to take the initiative when it comes to the environment and not only that, but also to ensure that suppliers do so too.
