Instead of boxing cloths for banquet tables, NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding have installed Buffet-Rite table tops and stretch covers. Buffet-Rite is wipe clean so laundry does not have to be done after every service, potentially eliminating up to 95% of their laundry costs for events.

The NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding is the flagship hotel in the NH Collection, centrally situated in the financial business area in Madrid’s Chamartín district, making it the ideal venue for business meetings and conferences. The hotel has an integral convention centre and state of the art technology services, including Europe’s largest multimedia vault screen in the lobby and smart room system for Skype which can host up to 250 people (internal or external to the hotel) in a video conference session. The 32 naturally lit function rooms (over 9,000m2) provide scope for small or large meeting spaces and the food & beverage team can cater for a la carte, buffet, cocktail reception or gala dinners for up to 1300 guests.

Quick catering turnover

The hotel caters for large numbers of business meetings and conferences every day and so Buffet-Rite was the ideal solution. Quickly assembled from trestle tables with stretch table covers and topped with Buffet-Rite table tops, large catering areas can be provided in a short time. Both hot and cold food can be laid out on Buffet-Rite in breakout spaces or banqueting halls. Tables can also be wiped down, packed up and relocated when necessary to other banqueting zones.
