The best hotel in the world
As a hospitality supplier our staff members (understandably) are keen travelers and have visited many of the best hotels in the world. The following is a list of some of the best hotels that they have ever stayed in.
The Golden Sands Resort in Penang, Malaysia – Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts
Dawn (Accounts) voted for Golden Sands, Penang as the perfect chill-out spot with a lovely outdoor pool bar area. The resort is nestled among the palm trees on the Batu Feringgi beachfront. With 387 rooms, the resort can provide the perfect tropical haven for you.

El Lodge Ski & Spa in Granada, Spain – Small Luxury Hotels of the World
Eva (Spanish office) thinks that El Lodge in the Sierra Nevada is simply the best hotel. The alpine-style resort offers cosy retreats in 20 rooms with a combination of winter only packages of ski & sun (ski and beach in Marbella) or ski & spa (in the hotel’s own wellness suite) to help you relax après ski.

Corinthia Hotel Prague in the Czech Republic – Corinthia Hotels
Bridget (Production) is an avid traveler and had to whittle down a list of nearly 20 hotels. When asked which of her hotels was her standout favourite she chose the Corinthia Hotel in Prague for the jazz music played in the lobby on the white grand piano, the food, and the amazing views of Prague from the swimming pool in the Apollo day spa on the 26th floor.

Hotel Rui Palace Bonanza Playa in Mallorca, Spain – Riu Hotels
Christian (Spanish office) is a repeat visitor to the 4* Rui Palace in Bonanza Playa so this hotel is definitely his favourite. Situated in a prime location overlooking the Bay of Palma, the hotel is close to beaches & golf courses with 285 guest rooms over 9 floors.
Hilton Molino Stucky Venice in Italy – Hilton Hotels & Resorts
Alison (Business Development) had a list of hotels that she loves, but top of the list had to be a Hilton hotel (she used to work for them!) The Hilton Molino Stucky Venice has an outstanding rooftop pool overlooking the canals of Venice. The hotel has 379 rooms and boasts the largest spa in Venice.
Al Bustan Palace in Muscat, Oman – a Ritz-Carlton Hotel
Damian (London office) voted for another exotic location with the Al Bustan Palace in Oman. 200 acres of beachfront location mean that guests can enjoy both mountain views and the glittering gulf. The 250 guest rooms in this renovated palace offer a luxury modern 5* experience.
Hotel Delfino in Sorrento, Italy
Patrick (Logistics) who has been to many of our hotel customers over the years chose the Delfino Hotel in Massa Lubrense primarily for the fantastic view from the cliff top over the gulf of Naples, but also because the customer service was excellent. The 4* hotel has 66 rooms.
Le Château de Curzay in France – Relais & Chateaux
Lilie (French office) remembers a romantic getaway to Le Château de Curzay in the Pays-de-la-Loire and uses this perfect excuse to name the hotel as her favourite. The boutique hotel has 22 rooms and is set in the heart of a park, where they offer a fine dining restaurant serving local seasonal cuisine.
