How can I find out the price of an item?
You won’t find prices on our website nor in the brochure as we offer a bespoke product, so most items have to be priced individually (e.g. bigger tables need more fabric in their cloths). How can I see samples of fabrics and products?
We can send out small colour swatches of our fabrics to help you choose. If you would like to see the product itself, our Area Business Manager can visit and show you our products, measure your tables and advise on the best solution for you. I’d like a quote. What information do you need?
Our fabric products are made to measure. To give the perfect fit we will need accurate table measurements from you. Please measure the length, width and height of your table and we will do the rest. You should receive your quote within 24 hours of your enquiry, assuming we have all the information that we need. If we need more information, we will respond to your call or email within 24 hours.
Do I get clips with my skirting?
Yes, you get sufficient clips included with your skirting order. Clips are also available to purchase separately, as replacements or extras.
Our chairs are a non-standard design. Can you make chair covers for them?
Yes, we love a challenge! We would need to see your chair and may require it to be couriered over to us so that we can design a cover for you.
Do you have to dry clean the items?
No. We have a few products that are dry clean only, but the majority are easy care and machine washable at a low temperature.
Can we supply our own fabric?
We quite often work with clients’ own fabric. We would require a sample of the fabric for us to test for suitability.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t. For orders under £50.00 there is a small postage and packaging charge of £7.50.
Is there a transport cost?
- For fabric orders above the value of £50.00 nett, transport is free of charge within the UK mainland.
- For furniture and equipment orders above the value of £3,750.00 nett, transport is free of charge within the UK mainland.

How do I place my order?
We require written confirmation of your order, preferably on your headed paper or headed email, with a purchase order number.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Our standard lead times are:
- Table skirting clips – 3-4 working days
- Fabric items for example: table skirting, conference cloth, stretch covers – Approximately 4-6 weeks
- Furniture items for example: tables, chairs, dance floors, lecterns – Approximately 6 weeks
- Equipment items for example: luggage carts, mobile bars, housekeeping carts – Approximately 6-8 weeks
The above lead times are flexible and depend on the time of year. If you have an urgent requirement, please speak to us. We always do our best to help.
Is there someone who can advise and help on your range of products?
Yes, our customer service team is available from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. With over 45 years’ combined experience with our Company, they will endeavour to help with any aspect of your query.
