Folding Buffet Tables

Folding buffet tables are used throughout the hospitality industry for catering and food service. Buffet tables can be set up for lunch service in dining rooms or outdoors on patios, in breakout areas for coffee and tea breaks, or in meeting rooms for snacks and water.

They are also used in a wider range of catering settings, for sports venues, village and church halls, at school functions and university events. They can be used with or without linen for food service and can be easily cleaned after use.

Folding buffet tables with wipe clean surfaces

Folding buffet tables can have frames of aluminium or steel with wooden or laminate tops. The advantages of aluminium is that it can be recycled and it is also lightweight. This means that a table can be lifted or carried by one staff member as it meets Health & Safety lifting guidelines.

Lightweight aluminium frames are long lasting and corrosion resistant, so they can be used outdoors on patios and terraces or in the grounds. Folding buffet tables with aluminium frames are supplied with nylon buffers to prevent surface damage when stacking and moving.

The laminate tops for these tables are easy to clean and hygienic for quick turnaround during food service. Laminate is available in black, white, grey, stone or wood effects.

Folding buffet tables with steel frames and wooden tops are suitable for heavy duty, high turnover venues. The steel frames are powder coated in practical silver, brown or black. The wooden tops are made of MDF or sealed Finnish birch wood. Table edges are protected with aluminium edging or optional PVC edging in wood effect.

Buffet Cube is a large folding buffet table that provides a large surface area for food and drink service. The legs of Buffet Cube fold out and clip together to provide a frame on three sides of the table. Buffet Cube is topped with easy clean laminate. Once folded Buffet Cube is only 80mm deep. The service surface for Buffet Cube is 2m x 1m. 

Folding buffet tables save space

Folding buffet tables save space as the legs can be folded up after the table is used. The tables can then be stacked or stored away on a table trolley or in a storage room.

The folding legs have a self-locking mechanism to make sure that the table is stable when it is being used for food service. The tables have nylon feet to prevent damage to floors or carpets. Our aluminium frames also have magnets that stop the table legs from swinging open when they are folded.
